Do take note of the following purchase details to help us ensure you get your desired piece with the least hassle possible!
1) To make an order
- Select your favourite piece of accessory among the listed designs.
- Send an email to luckycrystalshop@gmail.com, with your name, contact number, mailing address, item name and quantity.
- (The ‘item name’ of an item usually appears in the following format: [Item Name] somewhere near its picture)
- A confirmation email will be sent to you, with your total order, total amount payable, and bank account number for payment via bank transfer (local) or Paypal address for payment via Paypal (international).
- Stay tuned! Your purchased design is on its way!
*For deliveries to local addresses, SingPost’s normal postage charges will be included in the total amount payable.*
2) Overseas Delivery and Payment
- We have set up an overseas delivery service due to high demand! We currently ship to North America, Europe (including UK) and Asia, in addition to our hometown Singapore [for deliveries to Singapore, please refer to (1)].
- Shipment to these countries are at a flat rate of S$5.00 per shipment to the same address on the same day, up to a maximum of S$200 in purchases. If a single shipment’s total purchases exceed S$200, you get FREE SHIPPING!
- Shipment to both the United States and Canada will take approximately 8 – 10 days via standard air mail, excluding customs delays where applicable to your country/state.
- Overseas buyers have the option of paying by PayPal to negativepaper@gmail.com. Payments are accepted in both USD and SGD. *You might want to make use of the exchange rate to your benefit, especially if you’re buying in bulk.*
- Most items will be shipped out the next business day after receipt and clearance of payment via PayPal. Do allow for about 1 – 2 days of difference due to time zone ( we’re located at GMT+8 ) and/or local holidays. For bulk purchases (over S$200 in a single order), we will usually fulfill an order within 3 – 7 working days. Hence expect your order to leave our workshop 3 – 7 days after payment is cleared.
- More shipping destinations will be added as demand arises. If your country is not in the list, do drop us an email. We can arrange for deliveries to you too. If enough emails come to us from your country/region, we will consider setting it up as a permanent delivery destination!
3) Self-Service
- We do offer meet-up delivery services!
- To utilise the meet-up delivery service, please indicate meet up instead of your address when sending us the order email.
- Payment for meet-up delivery is by cash on delivery only.
- No postage fees will be charged.
- Meet up times and locations are negotiable. Details can be worked out over email. 
- Meet up deliveries apply only to Singapore.
4) Notes:
- Kindly note that as all items are hand-made, we will usually take 3-7 working days to fulfill an order, excluding normal postage delivery times by SingPost.
- Please send in your orders for special occasions (eg Mothers Day, Valentines Day, New Year, Christmas) at least 1 month in advance to avoid disappointment.
- Item colours may differ with different monitor settings.
- All items are limited.
- Postage charges within Singapore will be waived for total deliveries to the same address on the same day exceeding S$100 in a single order.
5) Terms and Conditions
- Kindly note that all items purchased are not refundable.
- Please handle your accessories with care. All accessories are bubble-wrapped for protection before postage. Lucky Crystals will not be liable for any defective items except craftsmanship defects.
- Defective items may be exchanged for an item of similar value within 7 days of purchase. All requests for exchange will not be entertained thereafter.
